Fournils de Constance – born out of a passion
A passion shared by all of the teams in the mills of Saint-Armel, Saint-Preuil, Saint-Aubert and La Chaume. A passion that comes from being professional bakers who respect the traditional ways of making bread, viennoiserie and tartes.
Every day, the team at the Moulins de Saint-Armel in Cléguérec, near Pontivy demonstrates its savoir-faire and mastery of baking by creating our delicious ranges of viennoiserie and tartes.
In the north of France, near Béthune, the Moulins de Saint Aubert work tirelessly to produce tasty baguettes and white bread in raw, frozen and part-baked forms.
In Barbezieux-Saint-Hilaire, in Charente, the Moulins de Saint-Preuil create our special and traditional types of bread, baking them to perfection in their ovens (and even stone-baking some of them) to produce gorgeous baguettes, mini-pavés and more besides…
More towards the south of France, on the borders of the Ardèche, in La Voulte-sur-Rhône, the Moulins de La Chaume produce the other products in our traditional and special ranges (including pavés and artisan bread, rye bread, bread with dried fruit and so on) as well as special baguettes baked in rack ovens.
Having these four sites spread across France means that we offer nationwide coverage, which is one of the greatest strengths of Fournils de Constance. And for each of these four businesses that have brought together under the same banner, there is a clear and identical mission: to help our clients’ businesses run smoothly, adapting to meet their needs and expectations, and sharing with them our thirty years’ experience of making bread, viennoiserieand tartes and our expertise in modern distribution processes.
