Preserving the traditions associated with bread

Born out of the passion shared by all the professional bakers at our four sites, the mills of Saint-Armel, Saint-Preuil, Saint-Aubert and La Chaume, Fournils de Constance continues to respect the traditions, and the symbolism of togetherness and sharing, associated with bread, the vital foodstuff of our civilisation.

Acknowledging our role as professional bakers

Selecting the raw materials, updating recipes and mastering production processes – these remain the key stages in the manufacture of our product range: white bread, special bread, traditional bread, viennoiserie and tartes.

And our clients know quality when they see it. Whether by smell or by sight, they recognise how good our products really are from their delicious aromas and tastes, made either raw or part-baked following the best baking traditions.

Guaranteeing the quality of everything we do

Our commitment to quality can be seen throughout our work, and not just in the way we select and analyse raw materials or adhere to strict production processes.

Constant checks are carried out at each stage of manufacture right up to the finished product. We regularly test how our products are transformed into ready-to-eat form at point of sale. And to prove how committed we are, all four of our sites work to HACCP standards and are ISO certified (ISO 9001). They are also in the process of introducing the IFS as a reference standard.
